Dr. Ponder interviewed Black Lives Matter activist women about legacies of 21st century student organizing revealing that radical self-care and mental wellness practices became unintended by-products. Ponder is the CEO of Sankofa Health & Wellness, an integrative wellness company in Laurel, MD.
